Summer Fruit Smoothies

You will need:

1 cup of Raspberries

8 Strawberries ( quartered )

1/2 cup of Blueberries

1/4 cup of Vanilla Extract

1 cup of Cranberry juice

3/4 cup of Lemonade

Method

Step 1 - Pour all contents into a smoothie maker or food processor.

Step 2 - Simply blend until liquidized ............. then sell your delicious smoothies from your Food Cart.

If you wanted you could also freeze your smoothies to make a cool, ice-cold treat.

Milkshakes

What you need:

1 cup of Ice

7 scoops of ice-cream of your choice

2 and 1/2 cups of milk

1 tea- spoon of vanilla Extract

Method

Step 1 - Put all the ingredients into a food blender.

Step 2 - Blend the ingredients, until the ice has almost gone.

Step 3 - Pour into a cold glass and serve from your Food Cart.

This year world water day will be on the 21st of March. I was interested in finding out if other schools were aware of this, and if so was there school doing an activity, questionnaire or something like that. In our school, we all got told more facts about countries with not enough water, and countries with too much water. We found this out by our research. Our whole school also had a quiz about enviromental issues, and the winning team got house points. It was a great oppurtinity to learn more about enviromental issues, whilst having great fun.

Recently our class all designed rooftop gardens. We made them in our global partners groups, and worked on them at home !!!! It was great fun and everyones is finished now.
